PVHS Spring Festival, Fun Run & 5K

Our community showed up in such a big way for the first ever PVHS Spring Fest Fun Run & 5K, and it was incredible to see so many people come together in support of our school and our students. From runners and families to volunteers, vendors, food trucks, race sponsors and our school administration — this day was made possible by people who believe in the power of community and supporting our PVHS student-athletes.

It was a beautiful day filled with smiles, encouragement, and Hurricane pride. Seeing everyone show up for our kids reminds us what makes this community so strong.

We are so grateful for the support and already excited to watch this event grow into a tradition for years to come.

What’s Happening?

  • Fun Run & 5K — start your morning with a race finishing in Hurricane Stadium
  • Artisan & Marketplace Booths — shop local crafts and vendors
  • Food Trucks — enjoy a variety of local favorites
  • Student Performances — featuring Prairieville High School and feeder schools
  • District Baseball Game — PVHS Hurricanes vs. DTHS @ 1:00 PM
  • Community Service Organizations — connect with local groups making a difference
  • PVHS Clubs & Athletics — activities and games led by student groups and teams

Festival Entry Fee

  • General Admission – $7 (Bring a non-perishable food item and receive $2 OFF admission)
    • Includes entry to the PVHS District Baseball Game vs. DTHS @ 1:00 PM
  • Children under 12 – Free
  • PVHS Faculty and Students – Free with School I.D.
  • Fun Run/5K participants – Free with wristband
  • Wristbands required for re-entry throughout the day.

Fun Run/5k

  • Fun Run – $15 (Early Bird $10 through Jan. 31, 2026)
  • 5K – $30 (Early Bird $25 through Jan. 31, 2026)
  • Track & Field / Cross Country Athletes from Prairieville Middle, Galvez Middle and Prairieville High – $15 (see your coach for a discount code)

Booth & Vendor Fees

  • Booths – $75 (Early Bird $65 through Jan. 31, 2026)
  • Food Truck – $150 (Early Bird $125 through Jan. 31, 2026)
  • Electrical Power – $25 add-on
